We understand that it is difficult to quantify the size and aesthetic appearance of products that are displayed on our website, even if the photo's and descriptions are extremely good.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from M.Criscuolo & Co Ltd. However on the rare occassion that you are not completely satisfied with your hair accessories, we will be more than happy to offer a full refund or exchange. Simply return the unworn items to us within 28 days. Please note that we cannot sell products that have been previously worn. Please return the item or items in its original packaging accompanied with proof of purchase. This should include invoice and despatch note.

Please follow these instructions: Package the item, ensuring the completed invoice is included in the parcel and the returns label is displayed clearly on the outside of the parcel. Please ensure that the product is adequately protected when returning the product as we cannot accept products that have been broken in transit.  Please make it clear whether you require an exchange or a full refund.

Take the item to the post office and return to the address detailed below. We recommend that you send returns by recorded post retaining your proof of purchase. Goods are returned at your own expense unless the product is faulty.  If a product is faulty we will ask you to photograph the product and send the image to our email address before returning the item or items.  [email protected]

We will inform you that your return has been processed either in the form of a credit refund or through an exchange of item within two weeks. Please note that exchange items may be out of stock and this may take longer.

M. Criscuolo & Co guarantee all our products against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee will be honoured through our mail order service on production of the invoice.
